An essential service is anything listed in this column. These are tasks that Mr. and Mrs. Handy perform often and therefore they can be scheduled with ease and with no hidden costs. Everything is laid out right in front of you!


Use this information to help estimate how long to schedule an appointment for. Don't worry if the information is not entirely accurate, we will give you a call shortly after you schedule to confirm all of the information!


  • Kitchen & Bathroom Faucets - 30 min. each
  • Blinds & Drapes - 15 min. each
  • Cabinet Hardware - 2 hr. / full kitchen replacement
  • Ceiling Fan Assembly & Mounting - 45 min. each
  • Light Fixtures - 15 min. each
  • Door Knobs & Locks - 15 min. each
  • Furniture Assembly - 1-2 hrs.
  • Electrical Outlets & Switches - 15 min. each
  • Hanging Mirrors & Pictures - 15 min. each
  • Toilet Repair - 30 min. Replacement - 1 hr.

Custom Services

A custom service is generally going to be anything NOT found in the basic services category. Keep in mind, Mr. and Mrs. Handy is a handyman service. We take care of the little things around your home that you just don't have the time to get around to. We are not a contractor or a remodeling company.
